They're not particularly cool or fast but, God help me, I love Monte Carlos. I'd kill for an SS of the last RWD generation.

My old boss at the auto parts store I used to work at had an 86 with the 305 and 3.73 gears. It was surprisingly quick! He would send us out on delivery runs in it sometimes.

I am not even particular about my G bodies. Gimmie Monte's, Cutlass's, or a Grand National (or a GNX like my profile pic) and id be laughing all the way to the bank. A Grand national is my affordable dream car.

I'm surprised we didn't get into trouble with it! I recall that it could easily chirp gears on the 1-2 shift without trying too hard...
